ERP Senior Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Functional Senior Consultant to lead full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or Oracle Cloud ERP.

  • This senior consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into functional design documents.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Led at least two full-cycle ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support.
  • Configure, test, and deploy finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing ensuring best practices and process improvements.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and SLA-based ticket handling.
  • Manage UAT, go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support.

Requirements Include:

  • 5+ Years of relevant experience
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates.
  • Ensure adherence to ERP project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and industry best practices.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
