We are seeking an experienced IT Business Development Specialist to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing vendor partnerships.

This position requires strong expertise in client acquisition, sales strategy, and IT consulting, coupled with excellent market research skills and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    • Identify and target potential clients through strategic market research.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
    • Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and present proposals effectively.
  2. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to identify growth areas.
    • Work closely with internal teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
  3. Vendor Management:
    • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to support business operations.
    • Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
    • Build strong partnerships with vendors and manage performance metrics.
  4. Cross Functional Collaboration:
    • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to deliver seamless client solutions.
    • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
  5. Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership review.
    • Track KPIs and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and processes.
