Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to oversee the implementation of cutting-edge DevOps solutions.

This role involves driving the setup, optimization, and governance of CI/CD processes across multiple Salesforce environments.

  • Design and implement end-to-end DevOps pipelines using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for sandbox management, release governance, and version control.
  • Lead the transition from feature-based deployments to modular, package-based deployments.
  • Establish branching strategies for multi-org Salesforce projects aligned with enterprise delivery streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable scalable and repeatable deployments.

You will provide training, onboarding, and documentation for DevOps standards and workflows. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term release management.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Development & DevOps.
  • 3+ years of hands-on enterprise experience with Copado.
  • Strong knowledge of Git branching models and CI/CD concepts.
  • Expertise in Salesforce multi-org architecture and package-based development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, and deployment strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead DevOps design discussions and mentor teams.
