The Opportunity

  • Contribute to the growth and success of our clients by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth with existing clients and explore areas for improvement to meet and exceed results.
  • Develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests and provide exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

The Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization & client base.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Graduation + Post Graduate Degree/Diploma.
