Job Purpose:
As a Senior Relationship Manager at ConsultBae India Private Limited, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with high net worth clients. Your primary goal will be to provide expert financial advice and personalized wealth management solutions to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term investment goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Profiling customers and providing financial products to meet customer needs
• Deepening relationships by cross-selling to mapped broking clients and services according to customer needs
• Enhancing and retaining customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet
• Ensuring profitability of the portfolio by generating high income per customer
• Acquiring new customers who meet product criteria through cross-referral
• Actively networking and seeking referrals to expand the client base and contribute to business growth targets

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes
• Strong business development and marketing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business growth targets
