Key Responsibilities
Building Strong Customer Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with allocated customers.
- Ensure retention of existing customer base.
- Act as single point of contact for customers.
- Identify customer financial goals and provide financial planning assistance.
- Conduct competition analysis to provide professional advice.
- Manage daily appointments with customers.
- Develop team members (subject to assessment).
Sales and Growth
- Foster cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Ensure successful completion of licensing as per MLI standards.
Measures of Success
- Adhere to TAT for updating CRM Next.
- Meet cross-sell and up-sell business goals.
- Collect payments within 91-180 days.
- Resolve customer complaints and improve satisfaction.
- Achieve retention targets.
- Hold regular customer meetings.
- Maintain high attendance and training scores.
Key Relationships and Competencies
- Internal: HR, Trainers, Supervisors, Peers.
- External: Customers.
- Process and result orientation.
- Customer-centricity and relationship building.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- 2.5-3.5 years in sales of insurance, mutual funds, or related fields.
- Age: 25-30 years.
- Must own a conveyance.
- Must own or buy a tablet.
