Senior Associate Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Institutional Liabilities team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for originating and managing institutional liability relationships for mid-to-large-sized companies.
Key Accountabilities- Drive liabilities sales through new-to-bank acquisition of liability clients for operating accounts, term deposits, and other transaction banking products.
- Originate clients in cash-rich segments of companies, including MNCs, GCC, IT/ITES, KPO/BPO cost centers, education, shipping and logistics, data centers, pharmaceuticals, and reinsurance brokers.
- Leverage relationships with intermediaries in the market, such as law firms, CA/CS firms, and consultancy firms, to source deals in the M&A and PE/VC space.
- Support regional sales heads in implementing liabilities strategy and meeting revenue budgets from origination.
- Good understanding of the sales process through prior sales experience of 5-6 years.
- Experience in managing and acquiring liabilities for mid-large companies, cash management, new-age payment and collections methods, and transaction banking selling experience is desirable.
- Market knowledge and experience in the mid-market/MNC relationship.
- Postgraduate degree (CA and/or MBA - Marketing Finance) is desirable.
