Job Title: Account Management Specialist

The role of an Account Management Specialist is to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their IT and business goals.

Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end account lifecycle, collaborating with delivery teams, and staying updated with emerging technologies to provide consultative insights to clients.

Additionally, this position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring commercial terms are met.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or similar roles within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
