Job Title: Agile Coach


This is a highly challenging and rewarding role, requiring an individual who can embody the principles of agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading scrum teams and guiding them towards adopting an agile mindset.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead multiple scrum teams across various verticals, promoting agile adoption and practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers to drive agile frameworks and track backlog conversion work.
  • Coach teams on story writing, requirement components, and agile maturity assessment.
  • Evaluate and advise agile frameworks, tools, and techniques to teams.
  • Maintain metrics for team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility in release work.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders on agile solutioning for deliveries.


Requirements:


  • 7-12 years of overall experience in the IT industry as a developer/tester/BA.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a scrum master (SM) & agile project management delivery.
  • Prior experience working with analytics/data engineering/BI domain preferred.
  • Good understanding of design thinking and systems thinking desirable.
  • Proficiency in tools like Atlassian JIRA, MS ADO, Atlassian Confluence, MS SharePoint, Rally, and MS Excel essential.
  • Mandatory: CSM, PSM-I/II/III/SAFe, LeSS, RTE certifications active and maintained.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in client-facing roles essential.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Relevant agile advanced certifications (Lean Kanban/Scrum Alliance/ Scrum.org/Disciplined Agile).
  • Experience working with multiple delivery and business partners' project management best practices.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Power BI reports.
