Marketing Strategy Director

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Director to drive the development of new projects and ensure their success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising concepts and strategies, implementing your creative vision, and serving as a point of reference for all creative plans.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies for client accounts.
  • Create tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
  • Lead key campaigns and direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
  • Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all communications are aligned.
  • Lead market immersion exercises for client accounts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 5 years' digital experience with web, social, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing development and multichannel models.
