What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that amplify Omnicom's brand and business units globally.
  • Lead integrated campaigns that align with our business priorities across advertising, digital, media, PR, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with agency networks and senior leadership to drive brand positioning, thought leadership, and client engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Guide content, creative direction, event marketing, and communication initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in senior marketing roles, preferably within a global marketing or communications group.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in brand development, digital marketing, and integrated campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating a matrixed, multi-agency environment.
  • A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing boundaries in marketing.
