We're searching for a Digital Marketing Director / Manager who isn't just familiar with ad accounts and campaign dashboards, but who understands the art of telling a story through data, creativity, and strategy.

This role is about ownership. The ability to manage digital advertising accounts is essential — but equally important is the confidence to make bold decisions, test new approaches, and shape campaigns that create measurable impact.

What this role will involve
  • Building, leading, and optimizing campaigns across global markets.
  • Managing digital ad accounts with the responsibility to maximize ROI.
  • Experimenting with creative strategies that go beyond the obvious.
  • Using performance data as a foundation for smarter decision-making.
  • Collaborating with a diverse, remote-first team spread across the world.
What we're looking for in you
  • A strong track record of managing advertising accounts (Google Ads and beyond).
  • Deep experience with PPC, SEM, and digital campaign strategy.
  • The mindset of a strategist, but the curiosity of a creator.
  • Independence, accountability, and the drive to deliver results.
