Job Title: Inventory Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Inventory Associate. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels across our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Compare Warehouse Management System (WMS) stock levels with physical stock counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
  • Tracking Inward Quantities: Monitor inward quantities, processed orders, and cancelled orders against available stock levels to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monthly Cycle Counts: Plan and execute monthly cycle counts for each customer to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Wall-to-Wall Counting: Coordinate wall-to-wall counting for all customers at least once per quarter to verify inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain Accuracy: Maintain inventory accuracy at 99.65% or higher and reduce inventory loss to less than 0.03%.
  • Data Provision: Provide required data to internal/external auditors as needed.
  • Loss Prevention: Design procedures to prevent high-value item losses and minimize warehouse damages to inventory.

Requirements:

  • Any graduate with strong analytical skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarization with order processing software.
