We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Inventory Control Specialist to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials, matching PO and invoice details for accurate entries.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure correct material movement type usage.
  • Execute GI transactions in SAP, maintaining accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.
  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on departmental requirements, coordinating with user departments for requirement validation.
  • Track PR status and ensure timely conversion to PO, monitoring open POs and following up for order closures or changes.
  • Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Maintain minimum & maximum inventory levels, placing orders as per the inventory requirement.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in SAP MM module
  • Knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes
  • Strong understanding of inventory and material movements
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures

Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred), prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector, and understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
