Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Element Materials Technology. This role will involve providing exceptional support to clients and visitors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy and professionalism
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries promptly
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
- Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, appointments, and other documentation
- Office Coordination: Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials
- Customer Service: Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues as necessary
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail to manage various tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using office equipment (phones, printers, etc.)
