Customer Service Operations Coordinator

At Encube Ethicals, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Customer Service Executive. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in fast-paced environments.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service roles, with a strong understanding of SAP B1 and its applications in order processing and master data maintenance.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for coordinating with our 3PL partners to track order shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise. You will also be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve disputes, and provide timely updates on order status.
Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external customers will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development.

About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Andheri, Mumbai, and requires flexibility to work on US timings as needed. The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records in SAP B1
- Coordinating with 3PL partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing regular updates on order status to customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on customer interactions and order status
