About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Services Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kotak Mutual Fund.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling periodic reconciliations for Banks, Brokers, Mutual Funds, and Demat holdings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of Funds Settlement for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients.
  • Processing closure/partial withdrawals for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Accounts with due diligence and making final/partial payments to clients in the form of cash or scrips.
  • Processing different types of client requests in the system, including freezing/unfreezing and activation of PMS clients & pass-out to distributors.
  • Maintaining records and coordinating with auditors for resolution of audit queries.
  • Providing priority services to clients by maintaining MIS reporting & returns on investments.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • MBA/PGDM – Finance qualification.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in PMS Operations.
  • Knowledge of PMS regulation, KYC norms, and mutual fund operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starting, proactive, and target-oriented behavior.
  • NISM Series XXI-A: Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Distributors Certification is mandatory.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 depending on location and experience.
