Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Excellence Operations Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, software engineering, and project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead projects to drive change.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate the financial impact of process improvements and work towards sustainability.
  • Quality Frameworks: Develop quality frameworks for internal and external customers based on business needs.
  • Metrics Analysis: Apply knowledge of metrics analysis to inform data-driven decision making.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in process driven projects, preferably with CMMI Level 5 High Maturity Model certification.
  • Skills: Well-versed in software engineering, project life cycle, Agile framework, CMMI framework, and process areas. Proficient in statistical applications such as Minitab.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
