Senior Hospitality Manager

This role is responsible for the overall management of a food service operation, ensuring that all aspects meet high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining records, and implementing systems and processes to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols, financial controls, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage menu development, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational integration and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve services and operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IHM pass out with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in hospitality or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen, commitment to quality, and excellent financial and budgeting skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to represent the organization professionally.
  • Customer-focused approach with ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
