Job Description
  • Manage a team of cross-discipline staff, ensuring timely responses to requests and incidents.
  • Lead a hybrid center operation, guaranteeing adequate staffing 24/7 across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create an integrated technology support organization, emphasizing best practices and service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process refinements, system enhancements, and organizational development.
  • Implement effective event, incident, major incident, and problem management processes.
  • Act as major incident lead when on duty and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key business leads, IT disciplines, and third-party suppliers.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis reports and develop remediation plans based on lessons learned.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT Business Management or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of direct management experience in IT, with a focus on incident management, infrastructure operations, or network operations.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an Enterprise-level support environment, with a solid understanding of technical support processes and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, with a Foundation certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Project management experience with PRINCE2 principles, along with strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Able to maintain focus in high-pressure situations and demonstrate a positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
