le:We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience in driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. This role plays a key part in identifying performance gaps, streamlining operations, and enabling sustainable business grow

- als.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, implement best practices, and ensure process complia
- nce.Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kai
- zen.Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs, flowcharts, and knowledge repositor
- ies.Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented proces
- ses.Support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standa
