
Healthcare Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a senior-level role responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing payroll and HR operations, and developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring.
- Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Prepare and update job descriptions across functions.
- Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities include leading recruitment teams, managing compensation and benefits packages, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
