We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Lead Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate complex financial performances of borrowers and guarantors, determining risk ratings and qualitative and quantitative assessments
  • Analyze historical cash flows, developing proforma based on property performance and market data
  • Review loan documents, summarizing salient facts and ongoing covenants
  • Identify efficiency opportunities within processes, implementing improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with asset managers to ensure seamless portfolio operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of commercial real estate industry experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
