Human Resource Business Partner Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our organization as a Human Resource Business Partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide expert HR advice and guidance to the business on all employee-related matters.
  • To develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies that promote a positive work culture.
  • To manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and exits.
  • To conduct performance management, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • To analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and initiatives.
  • To ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of all employee-related activities.
  • To identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance employee experience.
  • To collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles within a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
