
Customer Engagement Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to join our team in India, where you will be responsible for crafting innovative customer engagement strategies and demonstrating Salesforce applications and platform capabilities.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working with public sector organizations, driving business outcomes through technology solutions, and engaging with C-level executives from Business and Technology groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership on digital transformation for Public Sector Units (PSUs).
- Conduct successful discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business challenges and issues.
- Be an innovator who can build new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking.
- Engage with business users to create solution presentations, demonstrations, and prototypes.
- Develop roadmaps that clearly articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions to move from current to future state.
- Present and articulate the business value to managers and executives of all levels.
- Deliver functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of integrating cloud applications with existing business applications and technology.
- Lead multiple customer engagements concurrently.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core proficiencies or role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc).
- Confirmed years of experience in the Pub Sec Vertical, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
- Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation required.
- Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions, understanding and driving use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs.
- Business Analysis/ Business case/return on investment construction.
- Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
- Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
