Job Description

As a Business Development Manager - North India at MG Lifecare, you will be responsible for launching business units and branded formulations in defined therapeutic segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure scientific in-clinic communication
  • Develop core customer lists for key account managers for high productivity
  • Develop key opinion leaders (KOLs) to improve value and volume sales on a monthly basis
  • Plan, organize CME programs in association with marketing and medical teams
  • Distributor appointment according to company policy
  • Monthly business closing as per company policy
  • Suggest and implement ways to improve value and volume sales
  • Mentor teams of key account managers to be productive and progressive resources for the organization
