Business Development Manager

Asal Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize performance
  • Lead and mentor the business development team
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for business development activities
  • Report on business development activities and results to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business development processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in business development and sales
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis
  • Experience in leading and managing a high-performing team
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards

  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
