Business Development Manager

Asal Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the business development team
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Manage budgets and forecasts for business development activities
- Report on business development activities and results to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in business development processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
