
Lead for Employee Growth and Development

We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to join our team as a Lead for Employee Growth and Development.
">- This role involves designing and delivering training programs that elevate skills across the organization, to support a culture of growth and excellence. Training needs will be assessed across teams, and aligned with business objectives in partnership with HR, managers, and external trainers.
- Key responsibilities include creating blended learning formats such as workshops, modules, coaching, and online platforms, introducing innovative L&D strategies like digital learning, gamification, and microlearning, and monitoring training impact to refine programs based on feedback.
The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in L&D, preferably in creative or tech-oriented environments, with proven experience designing training programs for technical and creative roles. Excellent communication, instructional design, and evaluation skills are also essential.
In this role, you'll champion continuous learning and knowledge-sharing, ensuring team accountability and measuring ROI of learning interventions via performance and engagement metrics. You'll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, supporting leadership development programs and career progression plans.
