Job Description

About this role
Trendlyne is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth strategy. With a proven track record in B2C marketing, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

  • Develop and execute innovative campaigns to build awareness of our products and drive engagement beyond initial visit or app install.
  • Own the marketing process from strategy to execution, managing all marketing channels, including paid ads, marketing partnerships, organic efforts, social media, and content marketing.
  • Coordinate with the product and content teams for marketing campaigns that leverage our strengths.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster sustainable growth by building awareness of Trendlyne's products and driving engagement.
  • Owning the marketing process from strategy to execution, drive user acquisition, retention and reactivation.
  • Manage all marketing channels and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Must Have Qualifications:
  • An MBA from a reputable institute.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in growth marketing for products, customer life cycle management.
  • Established past experience with data-driven campaigns, A/B testing, tracking, and presenting success metrics.
  • Track record of increasing users, engagement, and revenue.
  • Proven experience collaborating with different teams, building consensus, and leading projects to completion.
  • A head-turner when it comes to communication skills, with exceptional English communication skills.
