
Patient Experience Executive

We are seeking an experienced executive to join our patient experience calling team.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound and attend inbound calls from international patients
- Understand patient needs and share information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps
- Manage follow-ups, update CRM systems, and coordinate with case managers
- Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and helpful interaction every single time
The patient experience calling team is responsible for providing empathetic support to patients looking to travel for medical care. If you are a customer service professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will be working closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences. This includes managing follow-up communications, updating patient records, and coordinating with internal teams.
