Job Overview

We are seeking experienced BPO professionals with a clear American accent to join our patient experience calling team. Your role will involve making first-touch calls, ongoing follow-ups, and providing empathetic support for patients from the US and Canada looking to travel for medical care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound and attend inbound calls from international patients
  • Understand patient needs and share information about doctors, hospitals, procedures, and next steps
  • Manage follow-ups, update CRM systems, and coordinate with case managers
  • Ensure a warm, trustworthy, and helpful interaction every single time
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on timelines, documents, and treatment journeys

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of BPO or customer service experience with international calling
  • Strong fluency in English with a natural American accent
  • Empathetic communication and ability to handle sensitive medical conversations
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or calling tools
  • Comfortable with flexible shifts and target-based calling
