About this Role

We are seeking a results-driven Alliance Manager to join our team and serve as the co-captain in technology GTM for clients.

As a strategic thinker with a total ownership mindset, you will manage and scale strategic partner relationships, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem, to drive joint business growth.

You will act as an extension of our clients' GTM infrastructure, leveraging your expertise to build and execute co-selling and demand generation strategies.

This is a crucial position for someone who can navigate complex partner landscapes and deliver tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a specific focus on the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal marketing, sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. You must be adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Mindset: An outcome-oriented and go-getter mindset is essential. You should be a problem-solver who takes complete responsibility for your work and its outcomes, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
