Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources team in the steel industry.

Job Summary:

As a strategic leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive HR plans to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify, attract, and hire top talent for key positions.
  • Develop and manage performance management systems to measure employee productivity, achieve business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, respect, and open communication.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform HR decisions, drive business outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy, achieve organizational goals, and promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • 8-14 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the steel industry or a related field.
  • MBA in HR or a related field, such as Business Administration or Industrial Relations.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with talent management, performance management, and employee relations, with a focus on driving business results and improving organizational performance.
