Investor Relations Specialist

Your primary objectives and responsibilities comprise:

  • Designing and executing investor relations strategies to boost investor confidence and engagement.
  • Communicating the company's financial performance, strategies, and business developments to current and potential investors.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and other communications to investors and analysts.
  • Maintaining awareness of investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor performance.
  • Coodinating and participating in investor meetings, conference calls, and annual general meetings.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all investor communications.
  • Managing investor inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Supporting the development of financial reports and disclosures necessary for regulatory compliance.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a significant advantage.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or broking industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and investor communication strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software/tools.
