We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead the implementation and maintenance of our platform.
- The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience administering ServiceNow across various modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs, and create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, SLAs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and establish metrics like ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
- Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.
- Evaluate and enhance existing service offerings, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of technical expertise, including Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, ACLs.
- Hands-on experience with integrations, metrics & reporting, upgrades & maintenance, stakeholder engagement, and compliance & governance.
