
Senior Business Development Professional

We are looking for a talented professional to join our organization in a key role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering business solutions using Salesforce.com. They will be responsible for managing the platform, creating custom dashboards, and implementing data migration from other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into clear business flows and technical specifications.
- Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management.
- Maintain overall Salesforce.com system, including data loads, backups, and restores.
- Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals.
- Create and maintain end-user documentation including internal processes.
- Manage and maintain third-party apps and make recommendations on tools that will provide better user experiences and efficiencies.
- Assist with data migration from other systems as needed.
- Implement Salesforce updates and relative releases.
- Manage the maintenance of the Salesforce platform and associated CRM system(s) to ensure data quality and security.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce Dashboards, Reporting, and Analytics to monitor all sales activity and results from the Sales teams.
- Actively involved in reviewing, assessing, and evaluating 3rd party applications.
- Provide recommendations on best practices and efficient use of Salesforce and other applications to streamline end-user and back-office operations.
- Provide Website maintenance and technical support for Salesforce Web-to-Lead and Web-to-Case sites.
- Participate in development of other Salesforce administration team members through training, guidance, and sharing of best practices.
- Collaborate and align with departmental leadership and Solutions Analysts to ensure effective prioritization, scoping, and execution of projects and tasks.
Required Skills:
- Lightning experience preferred.
- Experience developing applications from origination through deployment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and Adobe Acrobat.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, and Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Maps and Sales Navigator is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Science Background Preferred).
Communication:
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as strong communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to listen to requests and provide input on how that change will affect (positively or negatively) other aspects of Salesforce and provide alternatives if necessary.
