Job Title: Senior Nutrition Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Nutrition Sales Executive.

This role is responsible for driving business growth in the territory by increasing awareness among healthcare professionals about the importance of nutrition and the superiority of our products over competitors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical and nutritional science, excellent product knowledge, and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective in-clinic performance.

Sales Strategy:

  1. Develop and execute on multichannel customer engagement plans that generate demand for our brand and grow recommendation and market share.
  2. Leverage information about customer segmentation, type, and behaviors to inform customer engagement and account management strategies.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the customer account at different levels of responsibility and influence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the long-term growth of our products in the territory by increasing awareness among healthcare professionals on the important role of nutrition in improving quality of life.
  • Maintain deep, current knowledge about medical and nutritional science, the evolving healthcare landscape, and emerging digital trends to support selling and educating a broad and deep network of healthcare professionals about our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and our brands, to influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent, end-to-end customer engagement experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in the pharma/nutrition industry.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate that knowledge into effective in-clinic performance.
  • Good understanding of nutrition science.
  • Ability to establish connections and develop contacts and relationships with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
