Workforce Staffing Coordinator Job Opportunity

Amazon's Workforce Staffing team is responsible for managing the company's talent supply chain. This includes attracting, hiring, and onboarding associates who fulfill orders at the frontlines of the company.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification and 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing initiatives. They should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through relevant channels and managing internal and external talent pipelines to meet hiring requirements.
  • Executing and auditing New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to ensure timely fill rates.
  • Guiding staffing vendors and applicants through the hiring process according to Amazon's policies and procedures.
  • Auditing compliance with staffing processes, including quality of new hires, re-hires, early attrition, and candidate experience.
  • Developing and maintaining effective communication processes to ensure smooth information flow among stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
  • Ability to work autonomously or in a remotely managed environment.
