As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for assigned categories. This includes supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met. This involves analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies. Your role also entails monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement or buying, preferably in the Automotive Industry.">
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.">
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.">
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.">
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.">
