Job Title: Strategic Business Leader - Product Development About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our product development efforts.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

 Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy:
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead a team of product managers and analysts.
  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers.
  • Presentation and reporting skills are essential.
 Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Education:
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree or higher is desirable.
Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the health insurance industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a stand-alone health insurer.
Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of product configuration in core systems and front-end sales platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the health insurance market, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
