Factory Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage daily operations and oversee the efficiency, safety, and productivity of our manufacturing facility.

  • Manage factory operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop production plans and schedules to meet output targets on time.
  • Lead and train production staff across all facility departments.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor staff performance, equipment condition, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to enforce quality assurance protocols and improve product standards.
  • Maintain equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for raw material supply, logistics, and delivery of finished goods.
  • Present regular production performance reports to senior management.
  • Foster a positive work environment and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years managerial experience in a factory setting; background in machinery, metal products, or similar manufacturing highly desired.
  • Demonstrable career stability and progression in past roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Knowledge of production management, maintenance protocols, quality standards, and safety systems.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, production management software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process optimization methodologies preferred.

  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially for process improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
  • Proven negotiation skills for interacting with suppliers and vendors.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and industry best-practices.

  • History of long-term employment and professional advancement in previous roles.
