Operations & Analytics Supervisor

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to gain a broad perspective of the company's operations and contribute to its global talent base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

The pace can be fast-paced, and this role requires someone who is driven, meticulous, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs, SLAs, or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Ensure all internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execution of all internal audit activities, including but not limited to Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute our vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
  • Provide monthly financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset required.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand business needs for reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
