Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Gurgaon.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to meet business objectives across bulk and niche hiring. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with expertise in bulk hiring for the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing:
  • Create and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in the market.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of recruitment agencies, technology partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead a team of 7-8 recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring their performance aligns with organizational goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture in a target-driven environment, driving accountability and motivation within the team.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization:
  • Implement and leverage AI-based hiring tools to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and enhance decision-making.
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain candidate experience.
  • Bulk Hiring Expertise:
  • Design and manage end-to-end recruitment drives for high-volume hiring campaigns, focusing on IT roles.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights:
  • Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, sourcing efficiency) to drive continuous improvement in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in bulk hiring for the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of recruiters in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in AI-based recruitment platforms and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience managing senior-level positions independently and effectively collaborating with leadership.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Salary Range: ₹20-35 Lacs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
