Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional ownership of strategic operations
  • Coordinate with support departments and vendors
  • Work with senior management on profitability and efficiency
  • Identify and solve bottlenecks, implement best practices
  • Take data-driven decisions to reduce costs and improve quality
  • Ensure upscale customer service experiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Vendor management and Operations Strategy
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Operations Management, and process improvement
  • High ownership, self-starter ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
