Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this position.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional areas, specifically in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle Cloud. Proficiency in Fast Formulas and ability to understand client requirements is essential.

This role requires effective analytical and organizational skills, strong communication, and ability to manage scope and customer expectations.

The selected professional will work on proposals, client presentations, and demos, as well as coordinate with Oracle SMEs to provide industry-leading solutions. Responsibilities include estimation of work, identification of gaps, and proposal creation, as well as mentoring and guidance to the project team. The role also involves quality tracking, status reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders and clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in related fields and be proficient in multiple aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM Functional.

A strong background in business analysis and process improvement would be beneficial for this role.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and drive projects forward.
