Job Title: Human Capital Management Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll configuration and compliance, with experience in managing complex elements configurations, taxation rules setup, and new legal entity configurations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll processes, reporting, and analytics, as well as exposure to Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reporting. They will also be proficient in HCM Data Loader (HDL) and skilled in Fast Formulas for payroll logic.

In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams through complex payroll scenarios and ensure timely resolutions.
