Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of an Oracle Fusion HCM consultant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical or functional consulting, with excellent communication skills and expertise in human capital management modules.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS, as well as knowledge of process flow, setup knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.

On the technical side, the candidate should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.

The ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for the enterprise business process area.

The following are the key qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  • Knowledge of process flow, setup knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
