Job Overview

Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Technical Developer sought after for a position requiring minimum 8 years of technical development experience. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.

Responsibilities

* Implement and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on US and Canada Payroll.* Develop and support payroll data extracts, as well as update RTF templates.* Design and develop BIP and OTBI reports, as well as optimize SQL/PL SQL code.* Develop and maintain integrations/file transfers.* Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.* Provides experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractions.* Plans for and supports migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.* Developing knowledge and expertise in extensions and Fast Formulas.

Requirements

* Master or equivalent graduate in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.* Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise documentation.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.* Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll.* Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.* Shift Time: 6.30PM to 4.30AM.
