Job Title: Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle HCM Suite, including Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL.
  • Lead production support projects, interacting with global support teams, functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts.
  • Collaborate with Onshore and Nearshore Oracle Cloud Project/Support teams on roll-outs, quarterly upgrades, development, and support.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Cloud Technical expertise in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, and Talent Management.
  • Responsible for resolving production tickets, patch testing, and Change requests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with agile methodology.

Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Suite, including Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and OTL.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

  • Agile methodologies and version control systems.
  • SQL and database management.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
