Job Title: Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced technical consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to join our team.

  • Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud systems. The responsibilities include delivering technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud systems, developing HCM extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems, developing reports using BI Publisher, performing data conversion using HDL, and developing fast formulas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide training and support to business users. Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
